Accounts Preparation Utility (APU)

     Accounts Preparation Utility (APU) is an easy tool to prepare the monthly accounts of PWD/ Irrigation / Harbor Engineering  departments.  It is also able to prepare the Hand Receipts for the  release of deposits and connected statements and Income Tax certificate in Form 16A and VAT certificate in Form 20 F and Payment Register etc. without any additional data entry for the same ,ie from the data entered for the accounts. The employees who know nothing about accounts can easily prepare the accounts through this application.  There is a validation facility in this application to view the errors in data entry if any and instructions to rectify it.

     This application can able to store the monthly accounts of several years. Hence we can view and print the reports of any previous month at any time. 

     The division version of the APU is used for compiling the accounts of sub divisions and division at division level. All reports (except the detailed work expenditure schedule) required to submit to the Accountant General can be prepared by this application with the data entry of cashbook abstracts only , in addition to the Broad Sheet and work expenditure report to the Senior Finance Officer .
